IT remote support general terms and conditions. (per 1-8-2008)
1a. Support is given on the base of fair use, abuse and excessive use will be billed (5a). 1b. Access to the internet is required regardless where you are. 1c. None disclosure and security aspects are natural and can also be found in our general terms and conditions. 1d. Cancelling support must take place before the end of the month, the cancellation process takes a maximum of 2 business days. Not cancelling in time means the next month must be paid, support runs for at least 1 month and will be continued at the end of the month unless cancelled. Support is only cancelled when you have an email reply stating such. [Example cancellation by email] 1e. The definition of 1 month is from the first day until and including the last day of a month, rates are valid for a full month regardless which date is the start date. 1f. For support to work it must be possible to start a program from your web browser (which does not install anything).

2.1v. As independent I am a lot on the road using a 3g mobile card, does this work and can I also have support at home? 2.1a. Yes, where ever you have internet access support is possible, private users can also participate, the rates (ex. tax) are for both business and private. 2.2v. What about my employees working from home, some use their own Pc? 2.2a. A workplace is a workplace, it makes no difference where or who is using it. 2.3v. How do I sign up? 2.3a. So I am not stuck with it for a year??? 2.4a. No, the agreement is valid for one month, see also 1d. ECSystems.nl is MSP, ITIL and Prince2 certified, programme, project or process management is second nature for us. 2.6v. For such low rates I surely have to call a premium number? 2.6a. No, for support you will get a national number charged at normal rates, a number which can be reached by VOIP as well.
